Time

8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Campers should arrive at the farm at 8:00 a.m. Please plan to pick your child up by 2:00 p.m. as we will quickly busy ourselves with the afternoon schedule and do not provide afterhours care.

Food

Campers bring their own lunch, snacks and drinks. Unlimited water will be supplied. Water bottles will be labeled to avoid any confusion as to ownership as they will all look exactly alike! A refrigerator is located in the tack room where campers may store their lunches and small drinks. Water jugs and thermoses will not fit so fill with lots of ice! A microwave is in the office for meals that need to be heated. There is a soft drink machine in the barn, but we encourage water and sports drinks at least until finished riding. Carbonated drinks don’t mix well with horseback riding in the summer!

Attire

Campers will need to wear long pants, comfortable shirts and boots with a small heal to ride. Paddock boots are best, but we can work around a cowboy or hiking boot. We provide helmets. After we finish with the horses for the day, the campers may change into shorts and tennis shoes, but no sandals or open toed shoes are allowed in the barns or around any horses. You may wear flip flops or sandals to the pool and back and remember your towels and sunscreen!
